The facial expressions produced by Grace are enabled by Hanson’s patented flesh-like Frubber™ material, renowned for developing the most lifelike robotic faces, Hanson brings numerous innovations to bear on the simulation of human faces. As a fluid-filled cellular matrix of elastomer, Frubber closely matches the physics of human facial living soft tissues.
