The Insider Preview version is a customized version that is designed to show the functionality and compassion of Grace, but it is not yet meant for full deployment. The 2022 final deployment will be mass manufactured and provide the complete range of the Version 1.0 features and services.
Can I trade in my Insider Preview model for a final deployment model later?
Yes, in this program we will allow you to trade in your Insider Preview model when the final deployment model is on the market at a heavy discount that will bring the price of this model to below our cost.
How do you think the seniors will react to a humanoid nurse assistant?
Well, to be fair seniors do not always like their human minders all the time either. But, Hanson Robotics has done extensive studies and work with people and human-like robots over the years. This included a full scale study at a senior care facility in the Netherlands that was a resounding success
